Feel free to provide different character options
▪ Wait until I check your form and confirm your commission inquiry, you will receive an email/note from me with a final quote.

▪ Once the payment is sent, I will start your commission.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, the commissioner is notified and is agreeing to the rules and terms of use listed below:

General Rules & Notes

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.

  • Referenced characters ONLY. If you do not have an image of your character I will not accept your commission. I will only draw what is being shown on the refs. ex. I will not redesign the outfit of your OC.

  • Payment is via BOOSTY donate(paypal, qiwi) and must be received in full before I start the commission. Payment plan can be discussed. Prices listed are in USD. How to pay via Boosty - GUIDE link!

  • No refunds unless i did not finish your commission.

  • No drafts/wips will be given unless discussed beforehand, I accept only minor edits upon completion unless it's my mistake, so please only commission if you have enough faith in me. Though occasionally I do post wips on social media platforms.

  • Generally the commission will take me around 2-8 weeks to finish depending on how complex your request/character(s) are and how many commissions there are before yours. If delays occur, I will let you know.

  • Rush fee(+30%) will be charged if the request is a rush. I will finish the commission within a week.

  • I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media.

  • Reposting your commission is fine, as long as it is visibly credited, linked to my social media and you don’t claim to be the artist. Reprinting for your own collection is allowed.

  • My commission can't be used/sold for NFTs or anything similar.

  • You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.

  • I am allowed to decline any commission requests. Generally this happens if I don't think I can deliver well enough on your request or due to my schedule.

NOTES ON SUBJECT MATTER

  • Requests likely to be denied: gore, elderly, robots, heavy armor, furry.

  • Needs further discussion: dynamic/actions shots, nsfw/suggestive themes, animals.

  • Changing character or character's references is allowed if I didn't start on your commission

  • Feel free to provide different character options

The following cases are considered commercial use:
▪ reproducing and selling the artwork
▪ when you receive profit in the medium where you're using it (like Patreon, YouTube videos, banner of a personal site, book cover, business cards, etc.)
